American Eastern recently completed a total Upfit of an existing 30 300 sq. ft. retail space for Ollie's Bargain Outlet, head quartered in Philadelphia, PA, on behalf of Developers Diversified Realty. The upfit was for the Ollie's Bargain Outlet in Mooresville, NC. The scope of work included interior demolition of the existing premises, framing, installation of epoxy flooring, mechanical systems, electrical systems, plumbing, fire suppression, fabrication and installation of custom mill work, construction of a new loading dock - which included a structural steel canopy system. Job was completed three weeks prior to the contracted turn over date. Total job duration was 12 weeks from commencement to completion.
